What is a LeftCoast Maker?

We can’t create this art transformation alone. We need you to be part of it – make art happen.

LeftCoast Makers is our ever growing and exciting volunteer programme, allowing individuals aged 18 and over the chance to be a part of our show stopping projects.

Makers have the opportunity to acquire and develop skills, expertise and knowledge; meet acclaimed artists, performers and practitioners; and are able to take advantage of LeftCoast development opportunities.

Volunteering is an invaluable and enjoyable way to gain hands on professional experience and build confidence. It’s also a lot of fun!

What does a LeftCoast Maker do?

Being a LeftCoast Maker puts you at the heart of the action, from jaw dropping spectacle to rewarding community projects. Makers are an integral part of the LeftCoast team; working alongside other volunteers, artists, performers and staff, to make great art happen in Blackpool and Wyre.
